The Growth Hub is coming to town!
The Growth Hub team are coming to a town near you. We’re on the road with live business clinics, supporting real businesses with real business challenges from all over the region.
Working with our business support partners from the City of York Council and North Yorkshire Council, we’ll be applying local knowledge and specialist experience to provide free and impartial business advice making a real impact to our local economy.
At each event, we’ll be shining the spotlight on one lucky local business. The chosen business will have the chance to discuss their challenges with our panel of experts, showcasing the wealth of support on offer in front of a live audience.
We invite you to join us in person or online to see the available support in practice and ask any questions you have from your business. You’ll have the chance to network with other like-minded individuals as well as speak to our business support team on a 1:1 basis following the event.

YNY Equity Hub Launches to Drive Business Growth in York and North Yorkshire
A new digital platform, the YNY Equity Hub, has launched to boost investment in businesses across York and North Yorkshire by connecting local enterprises with prospective investors from across the UK. Designed to tackle one of the region’s key barriers to growth, the YNY Equity Hub offers a streamlined, user-friendly portal where SMEs and start-ups can showcase their investment opportunities and growth potential.
Yorkshire businesses get £2.4m digital innovation boost
Hundreds of manufacturing businesses across Yorkshire have put themselves at the forefront of enhancing their business through digital innovation – and now more can join them after a further £2.4m was received to support the region’s digital ambitions. Since 2021, the “Made Smarter Yorkshire and Humber” programme has supported more than 700 Yorkshire manufacturing businesses to take up digital adoption projects to improve efficiency and productivity, boosting the strength of manufacturing across the region.

Made Smarter Backs Unity Racing on the Road to Singapore
