LX Foundry – Level-up Your Live Training | Webinar

Part of the LX Foundry Series
Forging Learning Experiences
A Master-Class in Designing & Delivering Live Training
“How are you doing that?”
“There was a real sense of togetherness”
“Whatever you use for your delivery feels more personal than other online courses – it feels like when actors break the 4th wall and talk to the audience.”
Do you find it challenging moving from in-person to online training?
Too often amazing in-person speakers/trainers/facilitators find themselves banished to a tiny box in the corner of the screen struggling to connect and engage with their digital audience. Their great stories, examples and anecdotes feel like dull monologues without the energy of the real-life room.
Join our expert team to push your online training to its limits to excite and engage your audiences.
About the Workshop
In this interactive training session, we’ll look at different ways to break out of the box and level up our live training. You should come away buzzing with tips, tricks and techniques to make your live training more engaging for both the audience – and the trainer.
It’s going to be a live workshop, so we won’t be recording the event. Come along to enjoy a live interactive session with the team, get involved, ask questions, get real answers and come away with practical ways to improve your own training sessions.
About the Speaker
Richard leads workshop development for Enterprise CUBE CIC and has been finding new ways to deliver online workshops since 2013. Since the pandemic, there’s been an explosion in audiences and the available technology.
This workshop is being run in response to the number of people that come to our workshops and ask – how are you doing that?
Beyond the Workshop – Level-Up Your Way
After the workshop you’ll get access to our Level-Up your Live Training on-demand course, so you can tackle the technical and practical elements of improving your own training at your own pace with step-by-step demonstrations and guidance on a wide range of topics – from creator confidence to studio design or selecting affordable equipment.
