Supporting colleagues through bereavement and long-term or terminal diagnosis – YORK
Delivered in partnership with York Against Cancer and The Bereavement Alliance, this practical session will help you understand grief, loss and emotional responses. You’ll gain confidence in having supportive conversations, not only with the individual affected but also with the wider team, including colleagues who may be experiencing an emotional impact or taking on additional responsibilities.
