Delivered through four interactive workshops, the programme equips leaders and people managers with practical skills to support employee wellbeing, improve communication, understand mental health and neurodiversity, and embed inclusion into everyday practice. Available through employer cohorts across York, Harrogate and Scarborough, or as a tailored in-house programme for larger organisations.
