Every person communicates, processes information and experiences the workplace differently. This practical session explores how adopting a neuro-affirming approach can improve communication, collaboration and inclusion for everyone. Delivered by Lizzie Huxford, Specialist Occupational Therapist and Clinical Director of OT4me, the session will help you better understand neurodiversity, challenge common assumptions, and develop communication strategies that support a wider range of thinking and working styles. You’ll leave with practical tools to create more inclusive conversations, meetings and workplace interactions.

- Recognise common communication barriers in the workplace.
- Explore how different people process information and interact with others.
- Develop practical neuro-affirming communication skills.
- Identify simple adjustments that support inclusion, engagement and performance.
- Build confidence in creating a more inclusive environment for colleagues and customers/clients
