🌍Neurodiversity in the Workplace

It is estimated that 15-20% of the UK population is neurodivergent which equates to approximately 10 to 13.5 million people who have a different way of thinking, processing information and learning. This includes autistic people, dyslexic people and those who are ADHD or who have dyscalculia.
Neurodivergent people bring unique skills and experiences to the workplace, offering a different perspective that could enhance your business’s productivity, creativity and output. Ensuring our workplaces are neuroinclusive – or inclusive for neurodivergent people – can benefit everyone.
