July 14 | 9:30 am - 3:30 pm
After the success of last year’s roadshows, the Growth Hub is hitting the road again, traveling the region to bring the best of local business support to a town near you.

Partnering with NatWest Accelerator, and joined by Business Support Advisors from North Yorkshire Council and City of York Council, the Growth Hub Roadshow is set to showcase what business support really looks like.

  • Feature a hands-on activity to get you thinking.
  • Provide opportunities to meet the team, partners and service providers.
  • Give you the chance to enjoy a free lunch and meet like-minded people.

🔥 Hotseat Challenge: Meet the Business

Fred Moore, Founder & MD at Bunch Tech

Our specialist teams cover energy, compliance, and soft services to dramatically reduce operational costs across your entire portfolio.

They’ll share the challenges they’re facing, giving you a behind-the-scenes look at how the team collaborates to break down the barriers holding growing businesses back.

💸 Pitch Club

Take part in Pitch Club, an energetic, hands-on workshop designed to help you refine how you talk about your business. Using our proven pitch structure, you’ll draft your own pitch, practise with others, receive feedback, and build the confidence to adapt your message for different audiences. Hosted by NatWest Accelerator.

🛡️ Interactive Activity

Lego is a tabletop/role-playing scenario exercise about physical and technical security within organisations. Delegates are challenged with managing the security of a small utility company: they are given a budget that they can spend among a range of different defensive options.

Decisions must be made considering several potential threats, known vulnerabilities of the infrastructure, past and ongoing cyber-attacks, and of course budget limitations. The aim is to challenge teams to think differently about business security, no technical knowledge is required to take part.
