About the programme

This workshop is built on 30 years of sustained success in a variety of top UK and US companies. This programme develops a whole new level of confidence within the sales process. This development can be delivered across the full range of sales abilities.

REACH is not a script or a tick-box process but rather the scaffolding that ensures all areas of the sales process are covered in the right order. This cleverly maximises the opportunity for more successful sales and ongoing referrals. It is a philosophy that ensures a fully professional and mutually beneficial sales experience.

 REACH is a two-day programme for groups of ten people over two consecutive days. These individuals are selected from a similar level of experience and expertise.

The two days consist of five phases of the sales process, from establishing the first contact through to a successful completion and the opportunity to gain more sales from referrals from satisfied customers.

REACH is a highly interactive, multi-faceted workshop that provides delegates with the skills and confidence to deliver sales in a professional manner. Over the 2 days of the programme, clients have training in new skills and then have an opportunity to practise and then to apply their own personalities into the process. We use real-life examples in each phase and this is backed up with professional expertise.

This two-day workshop will be held at Co:Lab in Harrogate (Entrance 3, Convention Centre, King’s Rd, Harrogate HG1 5NX)
