The Growth Hub are launching a new fully-funded Peer-to-Peer programme for businesses located in the North Yorkshire Council region which will begin from September 2023, including a cohort facilitated by RTC North focusing on various areas including innovation, knowledge exchange, and funding.

Peer to Peer Innovation Knowledge Exchange Forums
A six month structured programme of peer to peer learning activity that is centred around monthly group sessions but will focus on a number of key areas such as:
- Business strategy and planning
2. Leadership and management
3. Recruitment and retention
4. Energy, Net Zero and resilience
5. Innovation & funding (including new markets)
6. Intellectual Property
The programme is made up of six facilitated two-hour sessions, held monthly as a blend of face-to-face and and virtual to suit the requirements of the group.
Attendees will also be able to access up to 4 hours of time with an Innovation and Growth Specialist to address individual innovation challenges. This could include access to sector/market research resource.
Delivered by experienced business coaches, this programme will comprise a mixture of in-person and online activities to maximise efficiency and encourage group dynamics.
The engagement will commence with an introductory ice-breaker session in Harrogate on the morning of Wednesday 27th September at 10am. This will take place at Harrogate’s Co-Lab (King’s Rd, Harrogate HG1 5NX)
About the Peer-to-Peer Programme
This peer-to-peer programme is fully funded by the York and North Yorkshire Growth Hub through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund. All you need to commit is your time to the sessions. It is important that you attend them all to create maximum benefit. This support offer is currently only available to businesses located in North Yorkshire Council, and therefore is not open to businesses located in City of York Council area.

About the Provider
RTC is a mission led company specialising in helping organisations to innovate, compete and grow. Founded in 1989, their advisors have worked directly with 20,000 SMEs across the North of England helping them access new markets and commercialise new ideas, from design to manufacture.
RTC are an experienced facilitator of Peer-to-Peer programmes, having recently delivered the Connecting Innovation 12-hour coaching programme across the Leeds City Region.
