Building Your First Board

June 10 | 11:00 am - 12:00 pm

Understand how to get the governance right for founder-CEOs on the start of their journey.

What you’ll learn
  • What governance really means
  • What roles you have as a founder-CEO
  • When to start to build a Board

Description

Governance should not be a dirty word, or one that is just for big corporations or for having “your homework marked”.

It should be about maximising success at every stage of your journey and creating options for yourself as you grow and as your business grows.

This webinar sets out the “why” and the start of the “how” of getting governance right for founder-CEOs on the start of their journey.
