🌍 Sustainability Clinic Networking

May 18 | 1:00 am - 2:00 pm
Wondering how to make your business greener? Join our lunch session to meet sustainability experts, share ideas, and kickstart your goals.

Have you been wondering how sustainable your business is? Are you keen to take positive sustainability action but don’t know where to start or who to talk to? Have you already taken action and want to speak to fellow SMEs to share best practice and next steps?

Come along to this informal lunchtime session to hear about the University of York Sustainability Clinic and how students could help you tackle a sustainability challenge, hear from the North Yorkshire Growth Hub about the support available to local business and chat to like-minded Patch members and other local businesses to share challenges, ideas and resources.

The event will start with short presentations from a panel followed by the chance for questions and networking.

Panel Lead:

  • Angela Purdham, University of York. Angela is the Community Engaged Learning Manager for the ESAY Sustainability Clinic and leads on developing partnerships and projects with local organisations.

Panel Members:

  • Jack Colding, North Yorkshire Growth Hub. Jack is a Business Relationship Manager, specialising in Environment and Sustainability.
  • Sue Scott, Terra Sarda Wines. Sue is Co-Founder of Terra Sarda Wines and recently partnered with the Sustainability Clinic and the Impact Shift to undertake a sustainability audit of her business.
