She does this by supporting businesses to attract and retain loyal customers and employees. Her training and consultancy are based on lived experiences and research into best practices.

Rachel has lived with a severe/profound hearing loss.  Through her personal challenges and varied career in the private, public and voluntary sector she has gained an insight into the different challenges and cultures of organisations and their impact on disabled people.
