Nicola Thomis has developed a portfolio career as both a marketing and communications specialist and fragrance expert. She has recently set up a freelance business and offers marketing and communications services to SMEs in the region as well as doing scent development and design for both individuals and brands. Passionate about finding the right solutions to her clients’ problems, Nicola enjoys employing her creative skills to produce impactful results.

Meet your local Business Growth Managers

As Business Growth Manager for York, Brian’s role is to help navigate the complex maze of business support available, including financial and non-financial support, for businesses based within York. He helps businesses to understand the key challenges and opportunities, and links them to the range of business support currently available. Brian takes the lead on supporting Tourism & Hospitality, Retail and Professional Services.

As a Business Growth Manager for York, Louise’s role is to help York businesses to grow by connecting them to business support, finance / grants and any relevant contacts. She navigates the complex business support landscape and helps businesses to see the environment they operate in, and importantly make the most of it. Louise takes the lead on supporting tech & creative, bioeconomy & life sciences businesses.
