This webinar, funded through the Mayor’s Vibrant and Sustainable High Streets Fund, will share practical tools, inspiring stories, and proven strategies to activate your own high street on small budgets, from the ground up.
The webinar will be led by Chris Sands, founder of Totally Locally and creative lead on award-winning, place-based projects, and Simon Waldren who has worked on the campaign nationally for over 8 years.
It will explore how communities have worked together to boost local trade, revive civic pride, and build resilient economies.
Whether you’re a trader, councillor, community organiser, or simply passionate about your town, this is your chance to learn from real-world successes and connect with others making change happen in the place you live and work.
