You’ll also learn how to integrate Artificial Intelligence in practical ways to enhance your business operations. With a blend of online and in-person workshops, this programme is specifically designed to support the needs of small and medium-sized businesses in Whitby.

CRMs, and their relevance for different types of organisation (e.g. for sales applications vs. non-profits)
Systems integration, and joining up disparate systems (e.g., accounts and finance, sales and marketing)

Workshop 2 – Online Presence

Website building, and relevant software (e.g., Wix, Squarespace, etc.)
Website accessibility

Workshop 3 – E-Commerce and EPOS

Creating a profitable website
Tracking website engagement
Online booking platforms
Choosing and using appropriate third-party selling platforms such as Etsy and eBay, and how to integrate these into one’s own website
Appropriate platforms for different kinds of businesses, e.g. product vs. service businesses, domestic vs. international sales, etc.

Managing a mailing list

Workshop 5 – Artificial Intelligence (AI)

Going beyond the hype and guiding businesses to find practical applications within their organisation
