Data & Analytics for Intermediate Users: Day 2

27 Jan 2026

Designed for businesses who already collect some data but want to actually do something with it. This session bridges the gap between tracking and decision-making.

Turn data into action and make better marketing decisions. Already tracking some data? This session shows you how to read patterns, build live dashboards, and plan future campaigns using these insights. You’ll also explore forecasting tools, customer journey mapping, and how to present your data clearly and ethically.

Core Topics:

  • Reviewing Performance: Reading trends over time — traffic, conversions, drop-offs.
  • Creating Custom Dashboards: Combining GA, CRM, and ad data in tools like Looker Studio or Airtable to get a real-time view.
  • Customer Journey Mapping with Data: Using segmentation to personalise experiences, fix drop-offs, and optimise campaigns.
  • Intro to Predictive Tools: Using forecasting features in CRM or GA4, and demystifying terms like “attribution modelling.”
  • Data Ethics & Storytelling: Presenting data in a way that builds trust — internally and with customers.

Takeaways:

  • Google Looker Studio dashboard template
  • Customer journey mapping worksheet
  • A guide to choosing your next data tool
