For business owners who’ve never opened Google Analytics or don’t know how to use it, this workshop builds confidence from zero.
Understand what your website and social media data is really telling you. Ideal for anyone unsure where to start with data. This workshop introduces the basics of Google Analytics and Meta Insights, helping you understand where your traffic comes from, what’s working, and what isn’t. You’ll leave with a simple dashboard and the knowledge to track what matters most.

- What is Data Analytics? Understanding traffic, behaviour, and goals.
- Intro to Google Analytics 4 & Meta Insights: Navigating dashboards, interpreting basic reports, and identifying key trends.
- Understanding Customers: Segmenting users by source, behaviour, or interest. Using insights to adjust content and messaging.
- Simple Dashboards & KPIs: What to track, how to track it (using tools like Looker Studio or Google Sheets).
- Privacy & Compliance: What’s okay to track, cookie notices, and how to stay within GDPR bounds.
