Connect your tools and build smarter business systems. This business automation session shows you how to streamline your customer experience using tools like Zapier, HubSpot, and AI assistants. You will experiment with building automated processes allowing you to reduce admin time, and manage leads more effectively, with hands-on guidance and real examples you can try right away.

  • Review & Prioritise: Diagnosing what’s working and what’s clunky in current systems.
  • CRM Walkthrough: HubSpot and Salesforce: segmenting customers, automating follow-ups, and using data for action.
  • Automation Deep Dive with Zapier: How to chain tasks across multiple tools (e.g. form → CRM → email).
  • AI for Automation: Simple AI plug-ins and tools to reduce admin, triage emails, or generate task summaries.
  • Owner-Free Workflows: How to build processes that run when you’re not around eg. onboarding, customer queries, etc.
