This session helps businesses who are using tools but not getting full value. It focuses on systems thinking, CRM setup, and time-saving integrations. Connect your tools and build smarter business systems. This business automation session shows you how to streamline your customer experience using tools like Zapier, HubSpot, and AI assistants. You will experiment with building automated processes allowing you to reduce admin time, and manage leads more effectively, with hands-on guidance and real examples you can try right away.

  • CRM Walkthrough: HubSpot and Salesforce: segmenting customers, automating follow-ups, and using data for action.

  • AI for Automation: Simple AI plug-ins and tools to reduce admin, triage emails, or generate task summaries.
