We’re pleased to inform you that these programmes are 50% funded by the UK Government through the Shared Prosperity Fund, as allocated by the York & North Yorkshire Combined Authority. Growth Maturity Index – GPC Skills

An insightful, online diagnostic tool for business growth from GPC Skills.

The Growth Maturity Index is focussed on the five closely interlinked functions which drive value creation and growth in all businesses. This insightful tool will give you immediate feedback and the focus you need to drive business growth.

The GMITM suite of benchmarking and diagnostic tools were developed by experienced consultants and business support professionals to enable businesses to see beyond the symptoms they were experiencing. Using the GMI increases clarity and focus, accelerates growth, reduces cost, creates more effective and resilient teams and enables more strategic, effective ways of working.

We recommend businesses start by selecting the Growth Strategy Maturity Index, as this encompasses all aspects of marketing, sales, finance, people, planning and risk, and provides a holistic view of the business. This takes only 10 minutes, and each answer contributes to a maturity score which corresponds to one of five maturity levels:

  1. Transactional
  2. Operational
  3. Tactical
  4. Strategic
  5. Optimal

Businesses can then download a comprehensive, personalised report tailored to each individual score including, characteristics, risks, needs and practical recommendations for prioritising and enabling action, including links to the other Y&NY LEAD providers, highlighting how their services can support your business growth journey.

The offer through the Y&NY LEAD programme also entitles anyone that has completed the Growth Strategy Maturity Index for ÂŁ225+VAT to access the Talent Development Maturity Index and the Marketing & Sales Maturity Index for a further reduced amount, so if the report identifies a low score in specific critical business disciplines, you can dive deeper into those areas for just ÂŁ112.50+VAT.
