Steps into Digital: Data Dashboarding

7 Nov 2025

🟡 Next step into digital

This webinar is part of Data Analytics for Smarter Decisions, a nine part online workshop series designed to help businesses at every stage of their data journey, from those just starting out to those ready to explore artificial intelligence and compliance. Each session is practical, jargon free and grounded in real business use cases, ensuring participants leave with tools and knowledge they can apply immediately.

Delivered by Data Stream UK, a North Yorkshire based consultancy delivering end-to-end data and AI solutions with a strong emphasis on data literacy, analytical insight and practical implementation support for SMEs.

Data Stream was born out of a profound understanding of the challenges facing businesses in today’s data-driven landscape. They witnessed first hand how companies struggled to navigate the complexities of emerging technologies while grappling with legacy software and a shortage of internal data expertise. It became evident that there was a need for a partner who could bridge the gap between the data-driven future and the present state of businesses. Their mission is to empower businesses with data-driven solutions tailored to their unique objectives.

About this webinar

Senior managers often ask for “a single version of the truth” when it comes to reporting. Dashboards provide exactly that. This session introduces platforms like Power BI and Google Looker Studio, helping businesses create live dashboards that update automatically and unify data across systems.

Following this session, you will be able to:

  • Design a simple dashboard structure to track KPIs relevant to your business.
  • Connect a dashboard tool (e.g. Power BI or Looker Studio) to at least one live data source.
  • Create a basic, interactive dashboard that automatically refreshes with the latest data.
