A picture is worth a thousand words and the same is true in the business world. How your business presents itself online, in print and in person is a huge part of your communication, so you need to ensure that you have a consistent brand, tone of voice and visual identity.
In this workshop we will fine tune your own brand identity and use Canva to create content for all of your communication requirements.
Social media can be a great tool for business, but it is important not to waste your valuable resources because you’re not sure which apps to use, what type of content to create and how to engage with your customers.
In this workshop we will take a look at the different social media apps available and their benefits, and together we will create a bespoke social media plan which will include the types of content you should develop, how to manage the admin of social media and way in which you can engage with your customers and grow your audience.
Your website is your online store front whether you sell online, promote your services or need a place to communicate important information.
So what should your website include?
In this workshop we’ll look at the must-have information any good website should include to be able to communicate with you customers and with the search engines, and cover you legally!
We will also create a tailored content plan for your website for the next 3 months, whether you are just starting to get online, have a relatively new website or an established website.
So you have a website…now what? There’s no point in spending time and money getting a website built if the search engines can’t find you, and they don’t show your website to your potential customers.
In this workshop we will learn how to get along with Google, looking at the tools available to us including Google Business and Search Engine Console.
We will also look at keyword research, technical optimisation and content development.
Email isn’t dead…in fact branded emails are making a comeback, as a way for businesses to communicate directly with our customers and leads.
In this workshop we will cover; Email marketing rules and regulations, setting up your email account to avoid spam folders, managing your contacts, designing and writing emails, growing your contact list, automation and measuring email success.
Digital Advertising can be a fantastic use of your marketing budget or a supreme waste of money…so where do you start?
