DESCRIPTION:After the success of last year’s roadshows\, the Growth Hub is hitting the road again\, traveling the region to bring the best of local business support to a town near you.\nPartnering with NatWest Accelerator\, and joined by Business Support Advisors from North Yorkshire Council and City of York Council\, the Growth Hub Roadshow is set to showcase what business support really looks like. \n \nThis roadshow focuses on Inclusive Growth\, featuring NatWest Accelerator delivering guidance on Financial Foundations alongside a guest delivering an interactive activity. \n  \n Each event will:\n\nFocus on a business-relevant theme.\nShowcase business support in action\, with a live Q&A.\nFeature a hands-on activity to get you thinking.\nProvide opportunities to meet the team\, partners and service providers.\nGive you the chance to enjoy a free lunch and meet like-minded people.\n\n  \n Hotseat Challenge\nWe’ll be shining the spotlight on a local business\, they’ll share the challenges they’re facing\, giving you a behind-the-scenes look at how the team collaborates to break down the barriers holding growing businesses back. \n  \n Financial Foundations\nA practical\, no‑nonsense masterclass designed to help business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs build a strong financial foundation. \n  \n\n⭐ The Traitors Within: An Interactive Leadership Experience\n\nPeople Savi helps organisations develop great leaders\, build stronger workplace cultures and improve team performance. Together with Scarborough Escape Rooms\, we’ve created immersive leadership experiences\, inspired by The Traitors\, where participants discover firsthand how trust\, communication and decision-making influence individual and team performance. Through engaging\, facilitated experiences\, we help organisations explore the behaviours that create inclusive\, high performing workplaces and enable growth. \nInspired by the hit TV show The Traitors\, this engaging 90 minute taster experience challenges participants to work together\, solve problems and make decisions with limited information.
