About the presenter

Rachel helps businesses in hospitality, tourism  and care to maximise their income through increased occupancy and compliance. She does this by supporting businesses to attract and retain loyal customers and employees. Her training and consultancy are based on lived experiences and research into best practices.

Overall the UK economy according to Purple is losing £274 billion a year by not being accessible for disabled customers and employees. Why would anyone throw away potential income?

Rachel has lived with a severe/profound hearing loss.  Through her personal challenges and varied career in the private, public and voluntary sector she has gained an insight into the different challenges and cultures of organisations and their impact on disabled people. As a problem solver, she has come up with solutions that work for individuals and businesses.
